  They Stole My Sign!

  i have a sign in my front yard on a main highway.

  it reads, "no child molesters, www.silentlambs.org".. last night evidently, someone took the sign.

  now i live one mile from the kingdom hall, do you think it could have been jw's?

  OOOOO!! i was just going to say that!!!!!!That stuff never comes out!I'm sure your suspicions are correct and if not... what the hell?you've got some more publicity for the victims- you don't have to accuse anyone of the theft... just explain the sign, it's meaning and why it is important to have it back...As for the replacements-the possibilities are endless ar'nt they- the more often it is stolen the more outrageous they can become! we can all send you some money to 'improve ' them! JUST ASK XXX

  Child abuse-unbelieveable reason for claims...

  i had a conversation with a jw on monday and decided to tell them about the child abuse problems that they did'nt know about...it was quite a long conversation that i thought would at least be considered fleetingly due to the probs re the catholic church...but the final parting words were'satan will use anything to discredit 'our' good standing,there will be an increase in this type of report because satan is tryin to dirty our good name.

  'so even if their arses are hauled to prison by the thousands, eventually; they'll claim it's a sign of persecution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

  the police and courts will probably believe you; but not your congregation...that's the shittiest thing that's ever come out of his mouth.pure denial from a source that knows no facts.. hand me a bucket-i think i'm going to be sick.

  waiting;The way some think beggars belief dos'nt it? but when it's from the society that they hear the SATAN or the APOSTATE alarms ring they go into moral and mental shutdown.It's a sad fact that the majority would rather see a child abused than the truth revealed; they seem so connvinced of the righteousness of the org. they have no room for pity or compassion.Even if cases get as far as court he saw that as a similar situation to 'brothers being hauled up in front of the courts'I hope to god these cases have so much evidence they cannot be passed off as 'brothers being wrongly accused'Which, incedently he also anticipated a huge increase of.AH; they'll say,fulfilled prophecy ...we were right therefore they MUST be innocent.hopefully after a few cases they'll gain a reputation for letting the children down and the media will have a field day;on the other side of the coin, if they fess-uo and sort the problem out properly, they'll still look like uncaring bastards because of the way they hid them... either way-WE WIN!

  Any fitness gurus out there

  well since i've made up my mind to take control of my life by leaving the borg i also want to get myself back in shape.

  a few years ago i wass 6'1, about 205 (all muscle) with less than 10% bodyfat.

  today lets just say that i need to get back into a serious workout regimine.. .

  Leander; you WILL put on weight when you train... muscle weighs more than fat... but that's a good thind, as muscle USES fat TO 'STAY MUSCLE'-SO YOU GET LEANER EVEN AS YOU SLEEP! don't stop now!!!

  Hello Glory; Nice to have you here;I stopped going to meetings regularily a couple of years ago; but left completely(mentally)after the un scandal-the first concrete proof i'd ever seen that they were dishonest-what a god-send that was!Now I feel spiritual in my own way-I don't go to a church-just contemplate life, the universe and everything when i'm in the mood.some thing former friends hate to hear is that you're at peace with yourself-they all imagine I can't sleep at night for fear of annihilation and seem quite disapointed when I tell them i'm really happy with myself!I hope you are too;remember if he's there and you love him- he'd hardly kill you- would he?If he did he'd be less compassionate than you...and that'd make a mockery of the whole love message-would'nt it??Sleep tight xx

  I weight train and run a few miles each day-it dos'nt take long to get the 6 pack!It really depends on what type of body shape you're after.I weight train first to burn off sugars in muscles-then run to keep lean.You need to stretch before and after each activity- really important,don't bounce-just slow pull...
  If you want to bulk up(are you male or female?)you could weight train then do an alternative cardio vascular workout eg rowing or cycling.But if you want the muscles...eat loads of protein AFTER exercise.tRY EATING EGGS;LOADS OF FISH;SOYA MILK;LOADS OF VEG;SALAD;VEGEBURGER OR ORGANIC BEEF IN WHOLEMEAL BUN IS FINE;PASTA WITH SAUCES; MAKE YOUR OWN HEALTHY PIZZA;FRESH TOMS,CHEESE,TUNA,MUSHROOMSETC;sorry,did'nt mean to shout!Basically I've always tried to enjoy shopping or growing good food,it's worth it; you just need to condition yourself to do it; if you've got the mind to keep exercising you can do it with food too.Loads of fruit blah blah blah,you get the picture!Do you belong to a gym?They usually give you advice depending on what you're trying to achieve.It's a great self esteem booster;I love the high from running-Makes you feel so good!Let me know how you get on!!!-HAVE FUN!!

  I think I recomended this one a while ago...fantastic!!!I 've just lent it to 3 more people who were blown away by it!What a book,I could'nt put it down, I usually have 2 or 3 on the go but I could'nt with this one.It conjoured up magnificent mental pictures for me; the women were so sorted and strong; I loved the way they were so in tune with eachother,I loved the atmosphere of the book as a whole,and the dream like state it took you to at times.I tried to read it slowly so it'd last but could'nt!SO glad someone else has appreciated it as much as me-roll on the next one!
